Turkey frying season has arrived! We are now accepting Thanksgiving orders for our Traditional and Cajun Fried Turkeys. Yats uses locally grown Foster Farms turkeys combined with Louisiana spices and seasoning to provide the most flavorful turkeys in California.
I know, I know ... you're shaking your head, horrified. Those people in the south will fry anything. Well I can let you know that once you’ve had a fried turkey, a dry roasted turkey will never do again. Each one is made to order with your choice of seasoning (Traditional or Cajun) which is injected into the turkey before frying. Our turkeys are fried in peanut oil. The result is a juicy moist bird with a crisp golden skin. Every item is cooled and then packaged for easy re-heating.
Payments will be made at pick-up. We will only be accepting cash this year.
We have orders to fill in New Orleans on Thanksgiving morning so the only pick-up date will be Tuesday November 22 from 11am-6pm at 1609 Powell St (the Boardroom ).
